Random: Making Money Online
Ive always been a go getter so I decided to research all the ways I could make money online. And I didnt sign up to random sites that promised to make me an over night millionaire-there is no such thing. Only a certain few make 4-5 figures with what im about to share but these programs can be a great way to earn extra income.
First things first: make a google Adsense account. Google Adsense is a program that connects to certain sites and allows those sites to places ads on your blog on your behalf. What really makes money is when those people who come to your site click on those ads. Make sure you blog about what you know, this is a sure way to get follower. For me, I have this blog but I also have Youtube, which also uses Adsense. In my opinion YT makes more money than a blog but you need a good following.
Another site I use is WebAnswers. This site allows you to make money just by answering questions. If your answer is chosen as the best, you get royalties for as long as the post is on the site. I think this is a very cool program and its easy to do. Just make sure you really know what you are talking about so you can get the best answer. Here is where to get started
All of these site I use are free, I never spend money to make it.

New Me
So my photoshoot went well. Lately ive notice I can sit my laptop on my stomach-thats a problem. Ive decided to get healthy. I weight 155lb but im top heavy, thats not going to change. I mainly want to tone my legs, arms, and stomach. Summer is over now so I want to be two sizes smaller by May.
Sadly I dont have support from family. My mother things Im too small. I can understand this because all my life ive been 200lbs+. Im not healthy with all that weight but she cant seem to understand that. But none-the-less I plan tone my body for next summer. Ill start tomorrow(9/10/12).
My biggest weakness is soda and sweet tea. I cant totally stop drinking these drinks but I plan to cut back a lot. Typically I drink 3-4 sodas a day. They help me get through work and school but because I don't like sports drinks, Ill drink more juice and flavored water. What I crave is the sweetness so my goal is to find drinks with natural sugars instead of artificial sweeteners.
I also plan to join my local gym and start working out 3 days a week at first and then ill add more days when I feel I can handle that. I hate to work out and I love my junk food but I don't love my fat stomach and flabby arms. I want to do a 'weight in' every two month and hopefully that will be motivation.
So stay tuned to my (hopefully) incredible transformation.

Michelle Obama's Hair at the DNC
I have a new hair idol!! Last night I watch most of the Democrat National Convention, but one of the moments(non-political) that stayed with me was Michelle Obama's Hair. Her hair was stunning, so much body, and swag. It had a life of its own. Her girls and just as beautiful, its all in the genes people.

Sulfur Challenge 2012
So I love a great challenge but i'm new to the world of using sulfur to make my hair grow so I decided to join a sulfur challenge on Long Hair Care Forum. If you read the first post in the challenge you will find recipes, as I stated in the second post, I will be using Njoy's recipe but I tweaked it a little to fit what I had on hand.
My Recipe:
1 tsp Sublimed Sulfur Powder
2 oz Jojoba Oil
3 oz Castor Oil
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil(EVOO)
4-5 drops Rosemary Oil
4-5 drops Peppermint
*A little bit of the Rosemary oil and Peppermint oil goes a long way.*
Because the challenge starts 9/1/12 I relaxed on 8/24./12, 8 days before to give my hair a scalp a break. Sulfur will burn your scalp if you use it too soon after a relaxer or relax too soon after using it.
My Regimen:
Use mix 3 times a week at night
Cowash in the mornings after using mix.
Shampoo/DC twice a week
Moisturize everyday
I will still take my multivitamin and biotin
A few tidbits:
-Be careful about how much you use. No one wants oil running down their face so its best to do this at night and cover with a plastic bag to save your pillow. This also saves your jewelry.
-As far as shampoo goes I plan to alternate between my ORS Creamy Aloe shampoo(clarifying) and my Aphogee Balancing Moisture. Using a clarifying shampoo removes product build up.
-I will not be using heat during this challenge
